Cancel an order

Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to stop your shipment! 


Please note: 

  • If you ordered MORE THAN 3 hours ago, or received a "SHIPPING CONFIRMATION" email, we apologize that it is too late to prevent your order from shipping. In this case you'll need to wait for the order to arrive, then return it for a full refund. Please view Return Instructions here.  

If you have an AutoRefill Subscription:

  • You can cancel your AutoRefill subscription at ANY TIME. 
  • Cancelling your whole subscription controls all future orders, but will not cancel an order that is "pending shipment" (for example if you've received a "SHIPPING CONFIRMATION" email), then the above rule applies to that specific order. You should contact us asap so we can try to help.
  • Cancelling an individual order, does not automatically cancel your Whole Subscription. To cancel  your whole subcription/FUTURE ORDERS you will need to log into your account and select > Manage Subscriptions.  You can access your Auto Refill account here: Manage My Auto Refill Account
