Please note: 

  • If you ordered MORE THAN 3 hours ago, we apologize that it is too late to prevent your order from shipping. In this case you'll need to wait for the order to arrive, then return it for a full refund. Please view Return Instructions here.

For Auto-Refill Customers:

  • Cancelling an individual order, does not automatically cancel future orders. To cancel all FUTURE ORDERS you will need to log into your account and select > Manage Subscriptions.  Access your Auto Refill account here: Manage My Auto Refill Account
