How do I manage my AutoRefill subscription?

Once you are logged in select "manage subscriptions" - you can cancel, edit dates and addresses, and update billing information all on your own! 


Trouble Logging in? 

  • When you started your subscription, we sent you an email to set up a password. You would have received it within a few minutes of placing your first order. 
  • The email will arrive at the email address you used on your order. This is also the email address you will use to log in. 
  • The email subject is: Please Activate Your RealDose AutoRefill Account & From: Dr. Steve M.D. - RealDose Nutrition <drsteve@realdose.com>
  • Please locate the email and follow the instructions to set up a password and access your account.
  • Once you set up your password, you are ready to Log In at realdosenutrition.com. 
  • If you are unable to locate the password set up email, you can try using the search feature in your email box to search the email subject: Please Activate Your RealDose AutoRefill Account  or for emails from drsteve@realdose.com
