How do I manage my AutoRefill subscription?

We recently changed our Log In  process to make it easier for you! 

  • If you recently started a new subscription, you should receive an email to set up a password within a few minutes of placing your first order. 
  • The email will arrive at the email address you used on your order. This email address is what you will use to log in. 
  • Once you set up your password, you are ready to Log In at
  • If you did not receive the password invite, please go to Log In, and select "forgot password". This will generate a new password invite email! see: Where to Reset Password


If you started an Auto Refill subscription prior to Jan. 29th you were not automatically registered. We're really sorry! 

  • You will need to register for an account: Register My Account . Please make sure to use the same email address you used on your order.
  • Once registered you will receive an email asking you to confirm your account. 
  • Once confirmed, you can visit “Log In” at, to manage your subscription.
