Body Types Information

Explanation of body types: 

Apple - I hold excess weight around my stomach

Pear - I hold excess weight around my hips, bottom, and thighs

Hourglass - My shoulders and hips are equally wide with a narrower waist

Proportional - My body is well proportioned with any excess weight in any particular area
