Here is an example of what a typical day might look like on Dr. Steve's Fat Loss Fast Start Plan -
7 am Breakfast:
2 egg white omelet w/ your choice of vegetables
2 tbsp. Low Fat cheese
1 C oatmeal w/ skim milk, walnuts, blueberries on top
10 am Snack:
Greek yogurt (plain) sweetened w. pomegranate juice
12:30 pm Lunch:
Spinach Salad w. Spicy Grilled Salmon & black beans
Olive Oil dressing with Balsamic vinegar
Whole Wheat Croutons
2:30 pm Snack:
1 c Chicken & Black bean Soup
carrots & celery sticks
5 pm Dinner:
Chicken Breast w. Stir-fry Vegetables (your choice)
Season w. garlic, olive oil, ginger, red pepper, etc.
Lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil Dressing
1 c beans - seasoned as you wish
-You can have unlimited non starchy vegetables.
-Fruit juice concentrates are available in the cooled produce section of most supermarkets.
